The implementation of the One Data Indonesia (SDI) policy has begun in Katingan Regency. The real manifestation of the local government's seriousness in responding to this policy is the holding of the One Data Indonesia Discussion Meeting on Wednesday, July 5, 2022 at the AULA Bappelitbang Katingan Regency. The agenda for this meeting was the preparation for the establishment of the One Data Indonesia Forum at the Katingan Regency level. This meeting was attended by the Katingan Regency Development Planning, Research and Development Agency, the Katingan Regency Central Statistics Agency, and the Katingan Regency Communication, Information, Encryption and Statistics Office.
This meeting was chaired directly by the Head of Bappelitbang Katingan Regency, Mr. Jonianto, SP., M.A.P. Head of Bappelitbang Katingan Regency. He invited them to collaborate together to create government data management in accordance with what is mandated in the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 39 of 2019 concerning One Indonesian Data. In this meeting, Mulya Setiawan, SST, Head of BPS Katingan Regency, also took the opportunity to convey what was mandated in the Presidential Regulation.
The agreements that resulted in this meeting included the acceleration of the formulation of the Decree for the One Indonesian Data Organizer for Katingan Regency. In addition, the Katingan Regency-level Indonesian Data Forum can be started this year with the available local government budget. This forum is supervised by the Secretariat of One Data Indonesia Katingan Regency which in this case is the Katingan Regency Bappelitbang. Another important outcome of the meeting was the commitment of SDI organizers to their role, whether it was Diskominfosantik as data guardian, all Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD), Bappelitbang as SDI forum secretariat, as well as BPS as data builder so that SDI implementation in Katingan Regency is good and optimal.
