BPS Katingan Regency Affirms Commitment to Creating a Corruption-Free Working Environment by Signing the Integrity Pact

On Thursday (7/2), all employees of the Katingan Regency Central Statistics Agency (BPS) jointly signed an Integrity Pact as part of efforts to build an Integrity Zone (ZI) towards a Corruption Free Area (WBK) and a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM). This event took place in the Katingan Regency BPS Meeting Room, starting with remarks from the Head of Katingan Regency BPS, Khalid Zuhri, followed by a joint signing.

The signing of this Integrity Pact is a form of joint commitment of all BPS Katingan Regency employees to always:

1. Play a proactive role in efforts to prevent and eradicate corruption, collusion and nepotism, and not involve yourself in disgraceful acts;

2. Do not request or accept gifts directly or indirectly in the form of bribes, gifts, assistance, or other forms that are not in accordance with applicable regulations;

3. Be transparent, honest, objective and accountable in carrying out tasks;

4. Avoid conflicts of interest in carrying out duties;

5. Set an example in complying with laws and regulations in carrying out duties to fellow employees in the work environment consistently;

6. Will convey information on integrity violations at BPS Katingan Regency and help maintain the confidentiality of witnesses regarding violations of regulations they report.

By signing this Integrity Pact, BPS Katingan Regency has further strengthened its determination to carry out its duties with full professionalism, honesty and responsibility, as well as creating a work environment that is free from Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism (KKN).
