Katingan, May 15, 2025 — The BPS-Statistics Katingan Regency held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) aimed at enhancing public service standards. The event took place in the BPS Katingan Meeting Room and was guided by the Regulation of the Minister for Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN-RB) No. 15 of 2014, which emphasizes the need for continuous improvement of service standards based on evaluation results and public input.
