Abstract

The number of businesses in Kalimantan Tengah increased 27.71 percent compared to the results of SE 2006. The number of workers reached 617,277 people. There was 83.96 percent work on small micro business field. Big and retail trade is the most dominant business field that reaches 48.40 percent or as many as 114,759 businesses / companies.
The number of businesses in Katingan there are 16 366 businesses and absorb a workforce of 44,388
