Abstract

September 2017, deflation occured in Palangka Raya and Sampit respectively at 0.24 percent and 0.28 percent. Deflation may occur in Palangka Raya due to the decrease of food price index by 1.49 percent, in Sampit due to the decline in the food price index (1.61 percent), clothing (0.11 percent), and health (0.08 percent).
