December 2021: ROR for star hotels reaches 51.89% and the number of guests staying is 34,226 people

Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) for star hotels during December 2021 reached 51.89 percent, a decrease of 6.02 points compared to November 2021 which was 57.91 percent. The ROR for non-star hotels rose 1.66 points to 21.23 percent.

Compared to the same month the previous year, the ROR for star hotels increased by 3.62 points, and non-star hotels rose 2.49 points.

The average length of stay (RLTM) at star hotels in December 2021 reached 1.51 days, while non-star hotels were 1.18 days.

The number of guests staying at star hotels in December 2021 was 34,226 people, an increase of 4.68 percent compared to the previous month. Amount guests staying at non-star hotels rose 4.44 percent.

November 2021: ROR for star hotels reaches 57.91% and the number of guests staying is 32,696 people
