July 2023: ROR for star hotels reached 52.99 percent and the number of guests staying was 42,700 people

The room occupancy rate (ROR) of star hotels during July 2023 reached 52.99 percent, down 2.21 points compared to June 2023 which was 55.20 percent. Meanwhile, ROR for non-star hotels rose 4.68 points to 25.91 percent.
Compared to the same month the previous year, the ROR for star hotels in July 2023 fell 1.34 points, while non-star hotels rose 4.23 points.
The number of guests staying at star-rated hotels in July 2023 was 42,700 people, an increase of 8.97 percent compared to the previous month. Meanwhile, the number of guests staying at non-star hotels rose 29.54 percent.
