Abstract

The results of SKD 2019 were analyzed using several analytical methods, namely cross tabulation analysis, gap analysis, and Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA). SKD 2019 data processing is carried out to obtain information about data requirements, the Consumer Satisfaction Index, and Key Performance Indicators.
