The 2023 Agricultural Census (ST2023) is the seventh agricultural census held by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) every 10 (ten) years since 1963. The implementation of ST2023 is a mandate of Law Number 16 of 1997 concerning Statisticsand refers to a number of recommendations from FAO which stipulates“The World Program for the Cencus of Agriculture (WCA) Covering Period2016–2025". Implementation of ST2023 is carried out in stages, namelycomplete enumeration of agricultural businesses in the period 1 June–31 July 2023,followed by detailed data collection through the Agricultural Economic Survey andAgricultural Production and Environmental Survey in 2024.Complete enumeration results booklet for the 2023 Agricultural Census - Phase Iis the result of a complete enumeration of agricultural businesses on 1 June–31July 2023.
