Welfare Statistics of Katingan Regency 2023

Data and information are needed to support the planning, implementation and evaluation of development results so that they can run well. Data regarding socio-economic conditions is needed to provide an overview of development achievements and can also be used by policy makers to evaluate development programs. Data related to people's living needs such as clothing, food, shelter, education, health, security and employment opportunities are needed to find out how far development results have reached all levels of society.
The National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) is designed to produce socio-economic data on the population in the education, health, housing and other sectors related to the picture of household welfare in an area. In 2023, Susenas data collection will be carried out once a year, namely in March.
The publication of BPS Katingan Regency People's Welfare Statistics 2023 is the result of data collection through the Koran questionnaire (VSEN22.K List) and the March 2023 Susenas Consumption and Expenditure Questionnaire (VSEN22.KP) which were carried out throughout the Central Kalimantan region. This publication is presented in the form of percentage figures for a population disaggregated according to household characteristics.
With the publication of this book, it is hoped that the need for some statistical data on people's welfare can be met.
