Abstract

Republic of Indonesia Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services stipulates that every public service provider is obliged carry out an evaluation of the performance of public service implementers. Wrong One form of this evaluation is realized through conducting surveys Community Satisfaction (SKM) as regulated in the Regulations Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Compiling a Satisfaction Survey Community Public Service Provider Unit. Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), as one of the organizers public services that provide data and statistical information, always strive to provide excellent service to consumers. BPS has organizes SKM routinely every year which is integrated into in the Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey aims to: get the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data services, also aims to identify data needs and satisfaction levels consumers on the quality of data produced by BPS. The report on the results of the 2022 SKD implementation is presented in the form publication entitled "Analysis of the Results of the 2022 BPS Data Needs Survey". This publication contains an overview of consumer data needs and consumer perceptions of BPS PST service performance and perceptions consumers on the quality of BPS data. The main indicators are presented in this publication includes the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Index Perception of Anti-Corruption (IPAK).
